I've had IBS symptoms off and on my whole life but it wasn't until 2 years ago, in 2022, after a period of very high stress that things became unbearable. In one month I gained 17lbs and I hadn't changed the way I was eating or my exercise amounts or anything. I became very constipated and any time I ate, I grew a "food baby". I started burping a lot, had some acid reflux start, had a very gurgly stomach, and was in pain A LOT.

What is SIBO?
SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) is an imbalance of the microorganisms in your gut that maintain healthy digestion. When too many bacteria, or the wrong kind, populate your small intestine, it can lead to uncomfortable symptoms like gas and diarrhea. It can also inhibit your ability to digest and absorb nutrients from food.

Other Effects of SIBO
